The Graveyard is an Adventure, Atmosphere, and Single-player Walking Simulation developed and published by Tale of Tales. The game takes you to a black-and-white world and leaves you over there to experience short gameplay. In the game, you take on the role of an old lady who recently visits a graveyard. Your ultimate goal is to walk around, sit on a bench, and listen to your favorite songs.
The game seems similar to other exploration games; however, it’s not more than a painting. It serves as an experiment with storytelling and poetry elements, but with no words. The game has two versions, such as Free and Paid. Purchasing the paid version will include only one feature, which is the possibility of death. However, the paid version is similar to the trial version, except that she may die every time you play.
More About Dinner Date
Dinner Date is a Casual, Adventure, and Single-player Puzzle video game that emphasizes exploration game components. The game requires minimal interaction, and a few small choices the player makes are of no consequences of the storyline, like other indie games such as The Graveyard and Dear Esther. However, the game provides the player with an opportunity to eat, drink, and smoke whenever he wants to as long as the time isn’t up.
The game features a 25-minute long storyline involving you navigating the world by controlling the protagonist as he sits by his table set for two persons; he seems he is waiting for someone to arrive. As the night progresses, the player’s thought starts to unfold, and he falls into worries that trouble him. The player’s ultimate task is to navigate the world from a first-person, solve challenging puzzles, and reach the end of the storyline to reveal what happens to his partner. With stunning graphics, good music, and smooth controls, Dinner Date is a brilliant game to play.
