It is the third major title of the series of Populous. In this game, the player can control a female shaman and the tribe that follows her. The game allows the player to directly control the action of followers by ordering them to defeat enemies and build buildings. It also offers campaign mode in which the player can fight the opposing Chumara, Dakini and Matak tribes for a rule on the solar system. Each enemy tribes has own shaman, and on later levels, all inhabit the same area. After creating enough amount of units, the game allows the player to attack the enemies to capture resources.
