Evil Dead: Regeneration provided by THQ is a Hack-and-Slash, Action, Single-player, and Multiplayer video game. Throughout his journey, the player finds different types of weapons that he can use in different situations. During the gameplay, the player is capable of kicking Sam into openings and tries to open multiple doors.

In the game, the player must fight against enemies to pop their heads off. While playing, the player has to possess Sam to get through small openings and attempt to destroy different adversaries without assistance. While in the game, the player receives an unlimited gas to his chainsaw and even unlimited ammunition for his weapons. Throughout his journey, the player has to kill enough enemies to fill up his rage meter.

When his rage meter becomes filled up to a decent amount, the player must go into a rage mode that transforms him into a powerful dead killing machine. The dead killing machine is available that instantly doubles all of the player’s weapon damage and makes him lose his health slower. During his journey, the player must solve several puzzles, try to take on hordes of baddies, and even utilize some creative fighting tactics.
