Yomawari: Midnight Shadows(also known in Japan as Shin-Yomawari) is developed and published by Nippon Ichi Software. It is an Adventure-based, Horror, Survival, and Single-player video game. According to the story of the game, the girl Yui and Haru got lost on the way back home after going to a late summer firework festival.
In this game, the player aims to explore a town at night to bring both girls back together and find the way home. The player has the only flashlight that will help him/her to explore an unknown dark town.
During the exploration, the player must find items and strange spirits which are lurking in different places such as a mountain, street corners and sometimes attack the player to progress through the storyline.
The game has a series of levels, and in most of the levels, the player pushes large objects to solve the puzzles. As the player progresses through the storyline, he gets charm-like objects known as Omamori that influence the stats of the girls. Yomawari: Midnight Shadows features a content-rich storyline, great mechanics, and beautiful graphics.
