The premise of the game is Survival-Horror gameplay played from a first-person viewpoint. In the game, the player assumes the role of the protagonist, a father who needs to navigate different scenes by walking across the environment and tapping on specific objects.

It introduces some features like subtitles and voice-overs to convey the story, and the player has a choice to listen to record voices and try to learn more about them. To advance the story, the player needs to fulfill the requirements of each puzzle and gather seven images of Christ to complete them.
