Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is a Rhythm, Single-player and Multiplayer Music video game published by Square Enix for Nintendo 3DS and iOS. The game introduces fun-filled gameplay based on the Final Fantasy franchise, involving the player using the touch screen controls to hit different pieces of music notes from the series. There are four different characters available borrowed from the series of Final Fantasy, and the player requires to choose one of them to start playing the game.

There are different levels, and each level comes with three stages, such as Field, Event, and Battle. As the game advances, the character of the player levels up, and further attributes will get unlocked. A challenge mode is featured to let the player select the battle, dramatic, or overworld music from the game of Final Fantasy. Similar to the previous releases, the game uses Vocaloids, a set of singing synthesizer software developed to make songs.

There are different playable characters available, and the game lets the player choose his character from available to start completing stages by making beautiful songs. Hitting the markers on the screen will show the rainbow; however, the player needs to spin it around the circle.

More than 40 songs are available in the game, including Finder, The World is Mine, Clover, and more. Before starting the game, the player has to choose his favorite song and start playing by hitting the notes to earn in-game points. Further levels will get unlocked as the player reaches to the targeted location.
