The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age is a Turn-based Combat, Role-playing, Co-op, Single and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Electronic Arts. The gameplay of the game split into two different modes such as Third-person exploration and Turn-based Combat. The game offers multiple areas, and each area of the game offers multiple quests to complete in order to reach the next area, and all the location provides hundreds of optional side-quests. In third-person exploration mode, the HUD displays on a map which the current missions. In this mode, the player can freely move in the game world, interact with the non-player characters and environment takes quests and try to complete them all. During the exploration, the player can encounter multiple enemies. The turn-based battle mode of the game is similar to the Final Fantasy X video game series that offers Active Time Battle system and Conditional Turn-based System. The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age also provides mini-game called Evil Mode in which the player can control the forces of the Sauron and battle against the main player character. Each location of the game provides a set amount of battle which the player can’t save. With impressive action-packed gameplay, well-written storyline and beautiful visual details. The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age is an excellent game as compared to the other same genres.
