It takes place during the 1300s and will simulate the trade operations of the Hanseatic League in North Europe. The game puts in charge of a merchant, who needs to visit different locations across the world to trade goods and earn money, fame, and to build an empire.

There are lots of playable levels available and each one requires completion of objectives assigned by the game to achieve. In the game, you will start the game as a shopkeeper with the ability to purchase and selling only one ship in the town.

The more money you earn and the high your reputation you obtain will increase the power of production to trade more with NPCs. After advances through the game, you will have up to four ships to create and upgrade. The Single-player campaign includes a typical campaign in which you may able to adjust the game settings to win.

Multiplayer mode allows up to 8-player to play with or against each other simultaneously. With immersive gameplay, superb graphics, and cool controls, Patrician II: Quest for Power is an excellent game to play.
