When the team is on a journey toward the targeted location, another electromagnetic surge disables the helicopter, and it crash-lands on Katorga 12. The game plays from a first-person perspective, and it incorporates the survival-horror elements to offer the thrilling gameplay.

There’s a device known as an artifact, allows the player to manipulate the time. During the gameplay, the player can move objects in both backward and forward in time and send energy to kill or stun enemies. The Multiplayer campaign introduces two modes, such as Creatures vs. Soldiers and Extermination.

Before starting the game, the player has to choose his playable character, jump into the world, and begin to navigate the assigned areas to drive out the enemies using the modern weapons and earn points to unlock additional content.
