Total Eclipse is a 1994 Single-player Space Flight Simulation developed by Crystal Dynamics for PlayStation. It takes place in a 3D environment, where you can navigate the world from a third-person viewpoint. In the game, you fly a ship of your choice across a series of stages, as your character is free to accelerate, decelerate, and maneuver across the challenging obstacles and attack enemies for in-game points.
Instead of space, the ship of the player flies over planetary surfaces and through tunnels. There are several challenging stages available, and each one requires the completion of objectives to leave you a set of rewards. Your ship will destroy upon being shot by enemies or colliding with enemies, as well as terrains. There are different types of power-ups available, and each one rewards you with in-game powers to take on enemies within no time.

The game starts with the G-Police fighting against criminals before getting involved in a massive fight against armies of powerful corporations. The primary gameplay involves piloting an aircraft resembling a helicopter while engaging in vicious combat against enemies and defending allies.
The game both First-person and third-person viewpoints, including the cockpit viewpoint. The battle in the game involves both dogfighting with aircraft and dropping bombs. More than thirty-five challenging missions are there, and each one requires the completion of objectives to be completed.
