In this game, the player can assume the role of a Thrilla Gorilla, who starts his journey to save his girlfriend Barbie Bikini, who has been kidnapped by a witch doctor named Wazula. The game features multiple maps, including jungle, river, desert, and waterfall, etc.

The player rides a skateboard through the jungle and desert level, surfboard through the rivers and waterfall levels. Town and Country II: Thrilla’s Surfari consists of multiple levels, and at each level, the player aims to reach on the endpoint of the stage by avoiding all the obstacles, hurdles, and deadly creatures.

During the gameplay, the player must collect all the power-ups and coins that will help the player to progress. Town and Country II: Thrilla’s Surfari offers excellent game mechanics, enjoyable storyline, and simple controls.
