The proposed storyline centers on the significant character named Robert Wilson. The character, wearing nothing but a hospital gown, finds himself in an abandoned hospital.
During the gameplay, the player remains engaged in exploring the abandoned hospital, looks for assistance, and even discovers a murderous teddy bear and the body of Dr. Harcourt. The character seeks out a book that includes some interesting supernatural phenomenons. Throughout the game, the player attempts to encounter a team of multiple survivors, including Elsa Wolcott and Bela Blasco.
