While playing the game, the player must tap several spaces until the song gets completed. During the gameplay, the player needs to fill up the Fever bar gradually by hitting lots of notes. When the given Fever bar gets to fill up, the player needs to activate the fever mode to increase the rate at which he can seek multiple combos and points.

The player has to fill the Fever bar during an existing Fever to activate the new mode and the Fever for a short period. In this way, the fever mode offers 8x the score and even lots of combos. The game proposes Fever that gets activated automatically.
